Beginning in 2024, Board of Trustees Minutes and Director Reports will only be available to the general public in the Kentucky Room during open hours. Materials will be available for use within the library and to photocopy. This will be an on-going project, and records will be added according to staff and materials availability.

For patrons who are unable to review materials in person, please send a completed Request to Inspect Public Records form and SASE to Attn: Records Request 201 Barnes Rd Williamstown, KY 41097. Please make sure that appropriate postage has been placed on the return envelope.
