Yoga - July 25

Twice a month, Debby Lucas Angel hosts yoga at the library! Her next classes are on Tuesday the 25th beginning at 12:30.


The 12:30 class is standard Adult Yoga. Experience the many benefits including balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion and stress reduction. Please bring a mat, block, bolster, or whatever you may need. Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing.


The 1:15 class is Chair Yoga. Join us for one of the gentlest form of yoga - chair yoga. Postures and breathing exercises are performed with the aid of a chair. Come experience the many benefits of yoga - balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion and stress reduction - without having to get up or down from the floor. Just bring you! Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing.
